Visiting valuebasket
These terms concern use of valuebasket.shop, the valuebasket website. Use it for lawful purposes and provide accurate information. A person making a purchase must be legally capable of entering a contract or act through an authorized adult. There is presently no customer-account facility.
Listings, currency and acceptance
Catalog amounts are in CAD. The listing and its options describe the item, but neither a listing nor a cart entry guarantees inventory or an accepted sale. Online payment is not activated. Before any future order is accepted, availability, the full total, tax, delivery charges and responsibility for import costs must be disclosed. A genuine stock problem, significant error, suspected fraud or unsupported destination can require refusal or cancellation, subject to appropriate notice, refunds and mandatory protections.
Corrections and brand information
We can correct inaccurate catalog information. A material issue affecting an already accepted order will be explained with the choices or remedies the law requires; the price will not simply be changed without that process. Brand names identify products rather than certify that valuebasket represents or is officially authorized by those brands.
Security, content and outside services
Do not impersonate another person, misuse their data, introduce harmful software, compromise the site or infringe intellectual-property rights. Protected content and marks belong to their respective owners. An outside service remains subject to its own terms, and a link to it is not a statement that we control its operation.

The Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy and Payment Policy should be read alongside these terms. Continuous website availability is not guaranteed. Any exclusion or limitation applies only where lawful and never removes a compulsory warranty, remedy or liability.
Law and protected remedies
The laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there govern these terms where such a choice is legally permitted. Customers keep all applicable mandatory rights in their province or territory, including legally available courts, regulator complaints and remedies. No clause imposes mandatory arbitration or a waiver of a right that cannot be waived. The store’s British Columbia contact location does not remove protections that apply to a customer elsewhere in Canada.
Revisions and enquiries
