Loading the website sends technical request information, which can include IP address, browser and device details, requested pages and security data, through Cloudflare’s hosting, delivery and protection systems. These details support page delivery, troubleshooting and service security. When you contact us by phone or email, we use the details you choose to provide, including your name, reply details, message or relevant order reference, to answer and retain necessary service records. We do not need complete card numbers or card security codes.
Data kept in your browser
Product selections in the cart and saved-item features are held in browser local storage. Clearing this site’s data through browser settings removes them. Necessary infrastructure cookies or technical data may be used for security. The current storefront intentionally installs no advertising or marketing tracker, and has no enabled payment form or customer account. Before adding optional tracking, analytics or payment collection, we will update the disclosures and implement any choices or consent required.
Who processes data and where
Information is used for the purposes described, service protection and required recordkeeping. Hosting and communication services may handle it on our behalf, and information can be disclosed when a legal requirement applies. Processing may occur in the United States or other countries, not just Canada; foreign authorities may have lawful access. We retain responsibility for information under our control and require appropriate safeguards from processors we engage. We do not claim that using this site keeps all data inside Canada.
Keeping information safely
Retention depends on the enquiry or service, security needs, applicable recordkeeping obligations and any relevant dispute. Once those reasons no longer require it, personal information is deleted or anonymized. Cart and saved-item data stays on your device until you clear or replace it. Appropriate access controls and technical measures help protect the information, but no online transmission or storage system is perfectly secure.

This storefront currently operates no newsletter signup or advertising program. If a marketing message from us reaches you, use its unsubscribe facility or ask us to stop. The site is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly request children’s personal details. Contact us if such information has been provided so we can assess and remove it where appropriate.
