Which locations are served?
Our delivery market is Canada only. Serviceability of the item and destination postal code is checked before accepting an order; an unsupported destination cannot be used.
What is the standard timetable and cost?
Standard Shipping is free, with usual preparation of 1–2 business days and estimated transit of 4–6 business days after dispatch. Weekends and applicable holidays are excluded. Customs, disruptions or remote destinations can affect the estimate; any alternative conditions are explained before acceptance.
How do I follow the shipment?
Where a carrier supplies tracking, the dispatch communication provides the number or link.
Can order details be corrected, or an order stopped?
Tell support immediately. Fulfillment or dispatch may prevent a requested edit or cancellation, without taking away any statutory cancellation entitlement.
How much time is allowed for a return?
A change-of-mind request can be made within 30 days after delivery. Keep the goods unused with original condition and packaging, and have purchase evidence. Get return directions first. Rights for defects or other legal grounds are not restricted to those terms.
Are return shipping and restocking charged?
valuebasket pays eligible return freight and charges no restocking fee.
How quickly are refunds processed?
A standard approved refund is issued through the original method within 10 business days of receiving and reviewing the return, subject to any earlier legal deadline. Statutory cancellation refunds follow their own legal requirements. Banks and payment services may add posting time.
How do I report a wrong, damaged or incomplete delivery?
Provide support with the order reference, details of the problem and photographs where reasonably available so the remedy can be reviewed.
Is a payment method available now?
Online payments are currently disabled and no payment method is offered. CAD catalog amounts and a cart selection do not constitute a purchase or authorization to charge.
How are import fees and tax handled?
A free standard delivery charge does not include every possible tax or import cost. Applicable amounts and responsibility for those charges must be disclosed before accepting a cross-border order.
