Starting a return
You can request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery. Write to [email protected] or call +16046664200, giving the order reference or other purchase evidence and the item concerned. Keep these return items unused and in their original packaging and condition.
Return instructions and costs
Wait for our return directions and the designated destination before posting goods. Shipping for an eligible return is paid by valuebasket, with no restocking charge. Our published business contact address must not be treated as a return warehouse unless our instructions specifically direct you there.
When an item has a problem
For a faulty, damaged, incomplete or incorrectly supplied item, explain the problem and supply your order information and photographs if reasonably available. We will assess the appropriate solution. Your legal remedies for defects or misdescription are not conditional on meeting our ordinary unused-item rules or the voluntary 30-day period.
How reimbursement works
For a standard approved return, we send the refund through the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and checking the item. The bank or payment service may take longer to show the credit. Where the law requires an earlier refund, that requirement governs. A statutory cancellation is handled within its legal deadline, without making an ordinary return inspection a prerequisite when that would conflict with the law.
Rights in Canada
Canadian provincial and territorial protections remain available in addition to this store offer. These may include remedies for defective goods and cancellation rights arising from late delivery or missing contract information. We do not apply a catalog-wide final-sale rule. A particular item’s lawful return exception, if any, must be disclosed before the sale is accepted.
