CAD prices; payments not active
Our product amounts are denominated in Canadian dollars (CAD). No online payment method is currently enabled: cards, wallets and other payment options are not being offered through this storefront. Putting an item in a shopping cart does not approve a debit or complete a sale. We do not direct you to send funds to finish a cart outside an agreed, available checkout.
Information before checkout opens
When payment processing is introduced, the actual service provider, accepted methods and point of authorization or capture must be stated in the checkout and this policy. The pre-payment summary must show the full payable amount and applicable tax, delivery and disclosed import costs. A displayed payment logo alone does not establish acceptance.
Payment enquiries and safeguards
If you receive a suspected payment request or see a charge connected with the store, send [email protected] a non-sensitive transaction reference or call +16046664200. Do not send complete card data, expiry dates or security codes. Avoid repeated attempts when the result of a payment is uncertain; ask us to check first. Report duplicate or failed payments for investigation.
Returning a payment
Refund handling for an accepted transaction follows the Refund Policy and any overriding legal requirement, normally using the original payment method. The institution processing a credit may need extra time to display it.
