Canadian destinations
This policy covers delivery to Canada, not other countries. Before accepting a purchase, we confirm whether the item and destination postal code can be served. We do not accept shipment to an unsupported address. Listing a product does not promise a specific carrier, remote-area coverage or arrival date.
Preparation, transit and cost
Standard Shipping has no delivery charge. The usual preparation period is 1–2 business days; standard transit after dispatch is estimated at about 4–6 business days. We count business days as Monday–Friday, apart from applicable public holidays where the order is processed or delivered. Customs, service disruption and remote locations may affect transit. Where the normal estimate or service is unsuitable, the available timing and conditions are explained before we accept the order.
Following or changing a parcel
Dispatch notices include tracking details when supplied by the carrier. Send address corrections or cancellation requests to [email protected] without delay. Once fulfillment has progressed, a requested change may no longer be possible; legal cancellation rights are not waived.
Delivery difficulties
Let us know the order number and tracking information if a parcel is missing, damaged or delivered to the wrong place. We investigate with the delivery service and explain the next steps. If an agreed shipping arrangement cannot be met, we notify you, obtain agreement to a revised arrangement when required, and provide cancellation or refund options required by law. Referring a case to a carrier does not cancel your consumer rights.
Import charges and taxes
Prices use CAD. Free standard delivery is separate from any applicable tax or import cost. If an item is sent across a border to its Canadian destination, the dispatch arrangement, known charges and responsibility for import tax, duty or brokerage will be explained before acceptance. An order is not accepted until those responsibilities and destination-specific conditions are clear. The Vancouver contact location should not be taken as the dispatch point for every listing.
Before placing an order
The website has not enabled online payments. A saved cart does not reserve a shipment or form an accepted purchase. See the Payment Policy for what is currently available.
